The rumor is the model your using has to have more bones then what your replacing regardless if animations work or not and almost anything that works is already being worked on, but if your creative shouldn't be a problem :3

well I know your not going to like this but what I do is I trouble shoot, and I just take the original stage and then do one texture at a time just to see specifically whats the problem, then maybe you can see what needs to be fixed or at least you have more information for your problem.

and a note I tried leveling up your card for the hell of it but its a broken link but I fixed it manually in my browser but you should prolly get on that if you want it to lvl up or whatever xD

eh I don't have a link, but its fairly simple, open what you want to hex in brawl box preview the model you want to hex then over on the left side theres a bar click that to open the viewing options.

Toggle the polygons till you see which polygon(s) you want to hack off xD (pun...yes I know it was lame.) exit the preveiw and open the model's drop down list you'll see a category called polygons the numbers are the same as how you seen them, export the polygon(s) and then comes the tricky at first part, your going to want to open both the PAC and the Polygon in a hex editor, inside the hex editor is where your going to find out where the polygon is  and here's how you do it:

look at your polygon in the hex editor and scroll down to the bottom and on the left side there's a number (that counts lines) the last number there is telling you how many lines that polygon is, note it down.

scroll back to the top and copy from the top down to something like ff ff ff ff ff...oo oo 64
or basicly the first 64 after some ff's and then go to your pac file and search the hex stream for what you copy-pasta'd

I'll try and sum it up then I'll give you a link that helped me:

You have to export:
-Model/texture bress You Want
-Animations You Want

and replace all files in an alloy with the files you exported.

Notes (as far as I know/taught):
The Model you want to use has to have more bones then the one your replacing.
Your Best bet would be to replace an alloy and use codes to prevent crashing and to enable there playability.

So I'm working on something in Orpheon about a character and my own lil secret model, I Import the New Model, and the "TextureData[0]" Load it up and my Model Shows up, The animations are working better then expected but its using the first (# of Textures my secret model uses) so is there a tutorial or can someone help me out with this step, all of the model swapping tutorials say to replace the whole Texture bress but I think we all know what would happen then.
