I need more of this in my life. More Kirby reps and/or combos plz.

I wish I had people interested in making combo characters with me. If it were my way I'd have Galactaknight, Waddle Dee, And the animal friends as a Pokemon PSA. But, it's not within my ability.

I think what we've got is what we'll get. I think interest in Ex development has passed.

at the moment I don't know when I will release a WIP video "BUT" I will say all the animations are pretty much done and I'm sure you guys will like the side B. Its the Ki Blast and its reflect-able

A side B Kai Blast seems fitting Smiley he does use Ki Blasts. If people like the old Side B then they can use the old and this one with Brawl EX.

I think one of the only stages you haven't shown a preview for yet is Pac-Land. Given it's nature, that's probably a no-go correct?

And these Pokemon stages are cool!!! Smiley I didn't think people could import from 3DS. Is the bottom image of the town going to be the background on one of the stages?

Heya, DSX8, Brawl Vault's being weird for me so I can't click your name (I'm on phone). If this goes through I wanted to ask if you had released Wii Fit Studio stage for Smash Wii U. I remember seeing it here but I don't remember if you ever released it.

For those of you who are having problems with Raditz, I will be giving him another Vegeta's N-B for the next release.



I'm going to start testing the 4th page for stages soon. Is there any bugs for Wii users that I should be aware of?


And lastly, should the pack be uploaded to the Vault? Quite a few packs have been released to the Vault that use mine as a base, and they get a lot of downloads. People must use mine for a reason, and perhaps more people would enjoy the build if I make it more available by putting it in the Vault? Is it worth it? Or is my pack actually worse than the ones released, which is why my build is more worthy of a "starting point" for other users? Let me know what you think.

Quick question, does the Mr. Resetti assist trophy crash on Dolphin (but not real Wiis) when using Brawlex characters for anyone else?

It crashes for me on Wiis.

I really need help with this. I've been trying to ge tthe dang thing to work all day long. Basically, I use an original brawl disc, and a 16GB USB flash drive. I moved everything to the correct folders, and followed the 8GB instructions. No matter if I use Gecko, Riivolution, USB Loader GX, or Neogamma, it says that there are no codes in my codes folder. What's going on?

I don't use flashdrive. It's possible just based on that, that the method you're attempting is different an poetintially incompatible.

Right now I can only run it in Dolphin properly if I copy the RSBE folder from the new Mod pack and overwrite the RSBE folder from the version 3.5 or as its called "old version" of Nebulons pack.

At the moment this method works, however there are still issues.
"Tested with Dolphin 4.0-7084"

Final smash causes super mario bros mushroom kingdom 2's 2-D Background elements like the cherrys and climbable vines to move sideways flickering and selecting a new stage after that will cause a crash.

Dark Pit or Pitoo's attacks that use the super scope's sound effects will cause the music to bug out with that low volume random song static. Zack's(Coulds old moveset) final smash will not connect with any character even if its in front of him and will only work properly when hes on the ground. I hope you can get around to that patch to fix classic megamans forward smash.

Axl's moveset desperately needs to be reworked hes fast but has the weakest launching power and his moves has him jumping around too much making him jump off an edge when I just want him to stay in one place or just as bad his dash+A attack will have him shoting behind him. My suggestion would be to switch his ground final smash to something like his bazooka from megaman x7 even if its short ranged cause the camera will get stuck zoomed in on him if he gets nudged even a little bit by a character or the stage.

I've been working on it on and off to give myself a break. Where as my life was 60% devoted to the build the 4-3 weeks until it's release, it's gone down to about 20%. I need to play some other games and go outside occasionally. That being said, I already fixed Megaman in my build, so I'll upload that asap. Thanks for reminding me. I need to find a stage replacement to Kingdom 2. And as for Pitoo, that doesn't happen to me... could that be a Dolphin issue? Much like Megaman crashing? As in Wii, he doesn't crash the game, he just  fires off a very messed up looking graphic.

As for Zack, I'll check him out. I don't know when it started happening, but he developed problems and I don't know why as I only attempted to do one thing with him and it didn't seem like it was working so I stopped. But I didn't think that would be the cause of other things like the FS messing up... ugh... I'll see what I can do.

I do not. I don't know if I told this to you or someone else but that requires a coding change and unfortunately I'm not a coder. Our coding guy mentioned looking into it last time I talked to him, but other than that I have no further information. :/ Sorry, I know that's not the answer you want to hear but I really have no say in it at the moment.



But I'll give you guys something to think about for now in relation to the future of the build:

I'm planning 4 more combination characters. Keep in mind, there are limitations to what I can do when it comes to combo characters, but I think I can make some pretty fun things overall.

I'm also waiting for some new movesets that I'm aware of to be released, although it's not as detrimental as the previous release for me to do that, so don't worry about waiting for that.

What I am sort of short of are stages worth including. There are tons of nice stages on the Vault, but if you've ever just gone through the entire stage section, you'll notice that there's a lot of recolors, spruce ups, and customs with a V1, V2, V3, V4 etc etc that make up the mighty 100+ pages. Plus I try to add stages with interesting geometry, epic feelings, or a fun/chaotic dynamic, so that the stage isn't just a FD clone (As I have a sort of formula for what types of stages I can add in are). Anywho, as far as stages go, I've got about 47 stages in the "4th page" section of my WIP files, with quite a few in a "maybe" folder that I'm sifting through. The next big release will depend on when I can put together a good 4th page. And I will Smiley

That's all I've got for now. I hope people like the ideas I come up with, I've got a few interesting ones that sort of hit me the other day once I had a breather, so I hope to incorporate those.

Anyway, I'll upload the new Megaman file. Sorry for keeping you waiting.

Haha, it seems you misunderstood. I was under the impression you wanted the model for yourself. I won't mind making it though, the Pikmin stages currently available for Brawl are incredibly simple. Having more Pikmin-esque elements in a stage seems a good way to make it stand out. Of course, I need to take my time if I'm making the stages. The ones I'm currently focusing on are Adventure Mushroom Kingdom and The Black Knight's battle room from Path of Radiance.

Maybe I should redefine the OP to avoid any confusion honestly.

Oh, I'm sorry. I totally thought you were just looking to pump out some simple stages using pre-existing assets. I definitely don't want to halt your work. Aha, admittedly I've been busy too with my projects. I totally understand Smiley Don't worry about the stage. I'm not in a position to make it, so never mind then. Alright, I ripped Pangaea Shrine and the Forest of Hope. What model formats do you guys want them in? Also, for the forest of Hope I didn't really remove any of the models so Olimar and any enemies in the area are still there in the pose when I ripped them.

As far as formats go, I guess it would make sense to make it a walk off. But Olimar model isn't needed. Pikmin don't HAVE to be there either, but some menacing enemies in the background might be cool Smiley I think the Onions should be there personally.

Okay then...

Well I've always thought that Pikmin was underrepresented in the modding community (I play a mean Olimar, aha) So I'd really enjoy some Pikmin stage(s). The final Area of Pikmin 1 has you up against a King Bulborb. The Area is called the Final Trial, and it's small compared to the rest. At the end of the level is a natural Arena where you fight the King Bulborb. I always thought that would be cool. Though, I don't know if you own Pikmin, or Pikmin remake for the Wii.

On top of that, the the second Area (Forest of Hope) has some cool areas within it's map. Perhaps the stage could be right where the Pikming "Onions" park at the beginning of the level. It'd be col if those were also present to give context to where you are, since most of the Pikmin areas lack key features to really define a place.

Other than that and lastly, (and this might be complicated). So Smash 3DS has Gerudo Valley as a stage. I know we can't use those, so I was wondering if you could recreate that stage (as it's one of my favorites) using assets from Twilight Princess (from the Wii or Gamecbue). In those games, Kakariko is a desert looking/valley type town. All it's missing is a bridge to complete Gerudo Valley from 3DS, but there is a bridge in the game during the first hour or so of a playthrough. You cross it to find Epona (I believe... it's been a few years). Using that bridge in combination with the Kakariko assets, would complete it.

To keep the maps at a playable Poly, the Gamecube ones might be best to use, but if they're unavailable the Wii works too Smiley These are my requests, just let me know if these sound cool to you Smiley
