It's not actually rigged yet. The arms use Squirtles arms/rigging for maximum quality/efficiency. Legs are single binded atm just so I could get it into BB.

I did have a deoxys attack form model revamp in the works awhile back. It wasn't going exactly as I'd planned so I scrapped it. Maybe I'll dig it up and try again.

I don't think I'd want to do all the forms unless I had like PSA planned for where he could with certain attacks.

If we do make a pokemon next It'll probably Heracross on Diddy. I also want to re-make Tododile, Piplup and Oshawott.

I think he means...

Lets say you're rigging one vertex point to 3 different bones.
and you have like this

0.33 HipN
0.33 BustN
0.34 WaistN

and you want 0.33 BustN to stay at 0.33 but when you raise WaistN to 0.54. Both HipN and BustN go down and it ends up being

0.23 HipN
0.23 BustN
0.54 WaistN

instead of

0.13 HipN
0.33 BustN
0.54 WaistN

This kind of happens to me in 2011. The menus start acting funny when there are too many programs running. Just shut down everything you aren't using (skype, chrome, dropbox, media players, gimp, photoshop, MSN ect.) and it should stop doing that.

Oh man you really should. It's one of the best games I've ever played.

I recommend to play co-op with friends though.

Yeah I edited the body too much to retain it's original rig (ripping off sleeves, capping holes, tearing off skirts) and I had to make new sleeves for the arms... so there went that rig as well.
