Make sure that you are morphing into both the new appearence and that the vertex set you are morphing into is unedited, then try again.

Understandable.  She certainly does have quite a following, though I was never a fan of her (or any other MK lady to be honest).

Nice Mileena.  Can't say that I'm a huge fan of her as a character, but I know quality when I see it, so I'm definitely downloading her.  It's about time we got some new MK hacks.  I'm actually surprised that we haven't gotten more since the release of MK9, but whatever. I also see that Petey is crossed out in your project list.  Complications?

I wouldn't say Mileena is the greatest MK character, but after Sub-Zero a Scorpion she is probably the next that stands out the most

And yeah... I stopped work on Petey because my initial plan for him didn't work out, so I have to rethink that.
Plus, Starwaffle has made one that looks 73x better so I don't think I'll bother

The Improv commentary works well for these.
Scripting something like this would be awkward and feel too... umm... Formal.

I would suggest pausing your video while you catch up on your audio commentary though, So you aren't rushing to keep up with the stuff being shown. You can always re-edit it again afterwards

I can see these will be useful to me in future as I'm always kinda sceptical about PSA's.
Alot of the PSA's I've played have been 'clunky' and broken, so having Pros and Cons listed about the better ones is tré cool

You can do it using GCTedit.
It should be easy enough to use... But I have never actually used it myself so I can't be very specific

You can do it through hexing the vertices from the one model over another.
Ofcourse you would have to switch the textures aswell.
