I incresed the sleep's range, so it should be good.

I don't know how to make people get stunned. I'll make bigger hitboxes though. Edit: Never mind. I'm changing it back to sleep, the stun doesn't work that well.

I don't know, should I make it all fire then? I was going to have her be able to use other elements, but just fire is fine.

Okay, so pretty much I'm making a Jigglypuff moveset as you can tell, and I'm still working on the other moves, but all of the specials are different(in elemental ways), except for Neutral B.

(I'm not that good with psa, but I'm trying my best here so ya.)

Smash Up A: Fireworks - Fire effect and fireworks.
    Aerials:
          Up A: Fire magic - Fire effect and Fireworks.
          Down A: Multi Fire Kick - Fire effect.
          F A: Fire force - Fire effect and fireworks(I think).
          B A: Fire Kick - Fire effect.
    Throws:
          Up: Mind throw
          Down: Burning rage - Fire effect.
          Back: Mind throw.
B: Burning rollout -  Fire effect and fireworks at beginning.
Side B: Super Meteor Fist - Does 30 damage, fire effect, and makes fire works.
Up B: Song of Fire Soul - Does 10 damage, fire effect and sleep effect, bigger hitboxes, and makes fire works instead of notes.
Down B: Fire Sleep - Does 10 Damage, fire effect, bigger hit boxes, and fireworks.

Sorry I have no pictures, but her costume is different. She has red eyes, adn when she gets the smash ball, they're blue.

DUDE! You should totally add an ice move! But if the character isn't supposed to have ice moves, then that's fine (I still like this moveset.)
