That'd be like a texture transform, a .pac for one and another .pac for the deteriored version I suppose, and if that's the case, I doubt it's possible to load em both during a game, or perhaps by digging more onto things like ganon sword pac or soren attacks changing with taunt, I assume i'd be possible to add a “fatigued” animation let's say.. when he's standing, thought I don't think it's possible to have it activate after a said %, haven't seen anybody working on something like that, correct me if I'm wrong,

If you downloaded the premade-hbc.zip (The one called "Pre-made SD pack for Homebrew Channel Users (Gecko OS+Riivolution)" here(click here) then just copy everything to the root of the SD the way it is, not leaving anything out.
Things to note (Following with Marth): FitMarth.pac = Moveset FitMarthxx.PCS = Texture (xx is changed by 00,01,02,03,04, etc, depending on the Costume you want the texture on) FitMarthxx.PAC (Unlike the above .pac I said, this one comes with the .PSC normally, following the same format on the xx as above.)
Brawl+ comes with a Fit[charactername].PAC for every character, since it altered every characters' moveset, it also probably came with the .PAC inside their respective folder, so I suggest grabbing the "Fighter" folder and putting it:

Also, you need tha .PAC with Sheik/Zelda/All Pokemons/Wario/Zero Suit Samus/Samus/Bowser/Forgot who else, why?
In case you play Sheik/Zelda, if you have the .PSC and not the .PAC, and you start the match as Zelda, you'll have the Texture, but once you change to Sheik:
> Sheik's Texture won't load. > And once you turn back to Zelda, she won't load the Texture either.
With the .PAC, they'll be able to have the Texture even when transforming between them, same happens with the Pokemon Trainer, as for the rest:
Wherever you use the Final Smash for Samus/Zero Suit Samus, you swap between them, and the same that happens with Zelda/Sheik and pokemon Trainer will happen
As for Wario and Bowser, perhaps you didn't know but their Final Smashes (Wario Man and Giga Bowser) are considered as individual characters, it's easy to notice, so it's sorta a transformation, so the same happens)
Thought, so far, why not work on the already made Textures? (Book/Staff) you could probably get someone to texturize it the way you want those, I'd like to have that as a Soren Update
