There are only three known ways, which I mentioned all of, although the last option I only briefly mentioned, which is to actually edit the first frame of every animation to change the size
even easier than that; in BrawlBox, expand the MDL0, expand the Bones list, right-click the TransN bone, and "Add to Next Up"; then scale the bone that is now its parent; for most characters, this is the EyeYellowM bone; you may also have to rename the parent bone(AKA the EyeYellowM bone, usually), but tbh I don't remember; it's been a while since I've done one-slot resizing
Don't scale it in Max, because the scaling is either via one-slot resize, like I just said ^, or it'll be through the animations; so make sure you do it through BrawlBox, like above
I used to be a Gecko user, but I had encountered the random freeze; it's a Gecko thing; then I moved to Riivolution, but that took too long to load; then I moved to Project M, replacing skins via that method; now I do PM, Dolphin, and Gecko, but the newest Gecko, which seems to work fine so far; which Gecko version are you using?
Would the model of the character be a re texture, a vertex edit, or a model import? Would there be recolors for the model? For the moveset, would it be a simple moveset edit, such as a couple animation changes or additions, or would it be as complicated as completely restructuring the character?
