Thanks everyone, that was probably the second texture I've ever made. I thought I was the first to attempt a FF Tactics texture (?) I wasn't sure how well it would go over but I'm glad you all like it.

Yeah, but Kirby's face is a bit... little, and adding the fact that the texture stretches (If that's how it's spelt) in the borders, I had to make the nose like that because if I made it bigger, you couldn't see the moustache, and if I made the moustache bigger, it would probably have stretched.

To make the sword invisible, if it isn't +1 nor +2, you have to paint black the parts in the alpha layer you want to make invisible. I think this only works with Photoshop. With Gimp I think you just delete the parts you want to make transparent.
