Well, they finally did it. Nintendo got rid of the Homebrew Channel...kinda. Apparently the update removes the Homebrew Channel, but you can easily reinstall it using Indian Pwns or the Brawl Stage Builder exploit. Anyway, I intend on updated my Wii as soon as I have access to wi-fi that works for it, so I need to know if the SD loader and everything will still work. Has anyone updated yet, and are any Brawl-related hacks affected?
Okay, I need to test out this stage to see if it's gonna work or not... I haven't edited everything yet, so it's not even close to being finished, but I need to test it to see if it's gonna work before I continue, 'cause I don't want to be editing all of this if it's not gonna work anyway. So could someone compile these textures for me? It's Yoshi's Island (STGCRAYON.PAC). The original stage PAC can be downloaded here.
I edited the stage some more and updated the .zip file... I'd really appreciate it if someone could compile these textures so I can text it out. You'll get to see it before anyone else! It's rather...interesting, lol.

Re format your SD card (i cant remember which one, but you have to format it to a certain type, IIRC it was FAT?) and make the nesecary folders for the gct file and gecko OS. With those being the only things on your SD card, now load your brawl and play a match. After it is over, try some custom music.
If that doesnt work, try deleting your save file (back it up), and trying custom music on a fresh save file (make sure you do the first method first though).
I'll try the first thing, but I can't back up my save file because I'm on Wii Menu 4.1, which block the unlock copy-protected save files exploit. =/
I'm extremely bored and have a ton of ideas for textures, but I have no access to a Windows computer, so I can't make anything. I have all the .PAC files, but I can't extract the textures from them to edit. So, could someone possibly extract and upload any or all of the following files for me?
I know where Porky and the other Subspace Emissary bosses are located, but where is Master Hand?? Is it in the "adventure" folder with the SSE bosses? And if so, what is it called?
