31  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: WIP Workshop on: September 22, 2012, 12:48:36 PM

Just  a little side thing I'm working on.
Eventually it'll be Human Amatarasu Im srs here
She'll have a sword and shield from Okami.
I'll need a little help with the textures on the body >_>

Green Hill is in the game already XD
Lol I was just seeing if you were paying attention XD

But in all seriousness.... Stardust Speedway....pretty please? Happy Face
Complete with metal sonic and classic sonic racing in the background :3

Run BrawlBox as administrator first.

Kay, that worked :3
*goes onward to work on his stuff*
34  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: WIP Workshop on: September 22, 2012, 10:16:28 AM
The arrow thing was my idea for a stage hazard, but I'd need to edit the .rel somehow for that to be feasible.

In other news, has anyone got custom shadow models for stages working?
I tried to add custom shadow models to ARZ and even copied the Shader and Material of an existing Shadow model and...... nothing changed.

Can't use the MShadow1 model M22K made because the rough nature of the layout demands a custom model.
Well, mewtwo2K managed to make the cars from Mute City hit you with collisions. Maybe ask them for help?

I don't really know if it needs shadows really, it would ruin the feel of it being a sonic stage :3

Any chance you could do Green Hill Zone too?
35  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: WIP Workshop on: September 22, 2012, 09:58:42 AM
Wrong. It's the final boss arena from Bowser's Inside Story.
Mehh...would've been my second guess.....I just remember SM64 more...
Though it would be an easy remake of that stage.
Just add different textures and background and the bomb.
36  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Programming / Re: Brawlbox Development on: September 22, 2012, 09:49:13 AM

It's a shame my PC isn't up to the task of ripping 3D models from non N64 games. D:

Here's an update of ARZ.

tweaked blast zones and added rings.

Gotta improve the waterfall and add the greenery to call it done.

Not really needed, but could you maybe animate 2 D arrows occasionally firing from the pillar? XD

Also, if you could make the boss of that zone as a stage (the two totem poles?)

KTH: That's the battlefield you fight bowser in in SM64...... I think it's the bowser in the sky version since it has that emblem on the top of it. It's missing the bombs Im srs here
38  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: Tabuu's PSAs. I'm back in action. Also, check out my Brawl hack reviews! on: September 21, 2012, 08:01:40 PM
Oh, I see. Well I stopped using regular PSA for Tabuu anyway, since I added some new stuff in BB, the file will no longer open in PSA.

And yeah, this weekend's gonna be pretty slow. I've got a little homework to do, but after that it's back to Tabuu. :3
Working on Tabuu before homework is done is forbidden!!
Also if you catch the pun here then you win a cookie :/

Honestly can't wait to see this finished >_> I think I'm gonna wait till it's like 100% finished before I give it a try though, so I could make a decent video.

Asses and legs are the parts that get me the most, I can handle fingers, mouths and other hard parts, but the part where the legs conects to the butt is the worst. I dont understand how Nintendo did that rigging.

It's usually pretty easy, the way I weight them makes the butt bend great but the crotch looks awkward ._.
The way I'm doing it with Shikumaru is each leg has it's own half of the entire waist. It's fixed the 'awkward' look of how those crotch vertexes move but now the buts giving me issues XD

And keep in mind nintendo had hundreds or at least dozens of people working on the game.
We are mostly young adults using a program and method that is far inferior to what Ninty uses to rig their models.

I'm actually okay with hands too, it's the wrists and elbows that tick me off the most with the CON Wii models. (I'd get better naruto game models but that's the only ones I can rip from, they're practically unchanged from each game in the series I think anyway...)

Although the general idea is to try and get it to bend the way it does in RL (the butt) or as close as you can, tis how I do it.

Just go associate the files like a man, nothing about it has changed.
4.6b never existed, by the way.
I have been ._.
it shows up as 0.66B and not 0.67...
even though there's no trace of 0.66B on my computer and 0.67 is the one I picked...
weird....
41  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Programming / Re: Brawlbox Development on: September 21, 2012, 06:15:16 PM
hey bj...
Is there something keeping newer versions of brawlbox from being recognized by the "opens with" thing when you select a file type?

I can get it to work for and accept 4.6B but not any of the other versions Sad
42  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: WIP Workshop on: September 21, 2012, 06:10:36 PM

Shikumaru's ass is being a pain in my ass Im srs here
Oh well, it's almost completely fixed anyway imo.

Just need to fix his other shoulder so it looks like this.

Instead of This

I'll move onto the hands/wrists as soon as that's done. Im srs here
If anyone would be nice enough to vertex his lips into different faces I think I could manage to do faces too.

I think this is one of my better rigs, out of what I've done so far....but that's just my opinion.
43  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: WIP Workshop on: September 20, 2012, 08:21:43 PM
Winner. Since the basic stage essentials are done, I can decorate the stage by adding in Rings, a box, and that greenery that floats on the water. Using Sylvania Castle textures saved lots of time. Smiley

I won something Happy Face
lol JK, to be honest I wasn't expecting a sonic stage from you. looks pretty boss anyway ._.

Also:

would anyone mind T-posing beast ganon to look like this T Pose? I might use the excess bones for beast ganon's hair to manipulate the bow. and don't worry, the bow and head look fine when previewed alone, this is a preview 'all' screenshot.

Also, Oki's blade will be over ganondorf's sword. ;3

Yup...I went there >_>

On topic: Take your time Mewtwo2K :3 but don't take ours! D: I needs my time XD and so does everyone else Tongue
