Question about Peach's Castle, DSX8: I see that there are no trees or flags. Will they somehow be added back in? I've tried importing a model of this stage before, and any 2D objects, such as those background trees or the flags, all just disappear.

Those 2 are already started you know. Just one after another. I got DSX8's Mute City months ago and I feel the need to finish it before I work more on Fourside or Venom.

I'm just joking. Seriously though, I am so excited to hear your still alive, and working on Mute City, which I am extremely excited for. I saw in your other thread that you're still working on Melee Ganondorf. Excited for that as well. Everything you're working on looks awesome. Keep up the awesome work.

You guys are making Melee Mario? May I interject? The Melee Mario, as well as ALL of the Melee character models from http://www.models-resource.com/ are stretched vertically. Whoever ripped them ripped them incorrectly. They should only be 93% as tall as they are. They are stretched incorrectly, and it is irksome to watch as people import these models with incorrect proportions.

Remember, scale the model to 93% as tall as it is when first downloaded, and all will come to a happy end.

Just port all the animations for P:M, too! It's easy, albeit time consuming. Wifi? Neh. Not a chance.

bad news.

So I've spent 2 hours on Young Link just fixing up the model. And another hour on the rig. he was about 90%ish complete

then 3ds max decided to crash. okay. Well I just saved it, so that okay. I re-open it... the file is corrupted.

now I gotta start over....

This is the worst thing to happen to humanity ever.

As a Toon Link main who mained as Young Link in Melee, may the powers that be help you one day complete this task.

Anyone noticed Pichu becomes much larger for a short while when he uses his shield or when he gets grabbed?

However, your Pichu is actually better than the one in Melee: No damage for electric attacks.  AWESOME 2.0!
This can be fixed by renaming the EyeYellowM bone to something like "DUMMY". I've already done it on mine.

I don't actually care, lol. By the way, using the EyeYellowM bone as a scaling bone, and making all bones a child of it? Awesome idea. Quite awesome. It has a few disadvantages, but it's a dang good idea. Good job on Pichu. I love him.

I am SO looking forward to Young Link Pik Style.
