Melee Battlefield got an update. It now has shading. I am trying to get the little crystal thing, so, hold on that, but the stage now has shading, as well as a few texture fixes.

I will be updating both Mushroom Kingdom II and Kongo Jungle Melee tomorrow, Kongo Jungle more so than Mushroom Kingdom II.

About that, I've been working in a new version of Ganon's I was suggested the other day. Why not playing on the bridge in a different way? Maybe too small for 4-player matches, but it's not bad for 1vs1

I'll upload it probably tomorrow. Note it's been already enlarged, if I make it even bigger, it will not feel the same cause the castle will be too big for the characters.
Y'know, Mewtwo Two Thousand, that's awesome looking. That'll be the one I use, most likely. On a slightly different note, every little update you do on Fountain of Dreams is so amazing. Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your recent work, and I look forward to your up and coming stuff. Keep up the pace!

I don't care that it hasn't come out. I care that there is nothing stopping it from coming out, except that pikazz wants to make a machinema, so no One steals it. That's rediculous as all the parts he used to make it are stolen. It's the principle of it all.

So, here's a question.

If Mewtwo is finished, why do you keep delaying it? What exactly about it does your girlfriend want changed? You gonna put, like, a SUPAH KUWAII face on it or something, and release it after you make some machinema? You know, I'm the one who ripped the model you're using. I'm about ready to say you're not allowed to use it, and if you used it after then, it would be STEALING something I produced.

Same way the model and Lucario's bones are stolen from Nintendo. You have messed up morals for a hacker. Release it, already.

I know I can't be the only one who is thinking this. Warn/Ban me for posting this if you will, mods, but it's the truth.

Why not release Mewtwo and Scraggy if they're finished, except for the metal texture? Most people in the Smash hacking community play with items off to begin with. I know that I personally will never see this or any other hack's metal texture, finished or not. Why not just release this as a near-finished beta and then release the metal fix as an update later? We're not dealing with something that can never be updated, once released.

Just my two cents. Good job on everything, so far.

About Snake? And for Melee model, cool!
I don't really see how one can Melee-fy Snake. Sonic, I could see, since he has changed art styles through the years, but the Snake in Brawl was the same Snake that was around during Melee. Same art style. All you'd have to do is lighten the textures, really.

Oshotby rip all model from Melee for me (except some already exist) but he got problem with his PC.
OSHTOBY will be able to rip them this week. Every Character from Melee. Don't worry. =P

Oh, and when you rig them, rig their fingers, will you? I see too many hacks with unrigged fingers. It's annoying. I can't even play with hacks like that.

Sounds good to me. So you are saying I just make a new bone that is a parent to all the rest of the bones and connected to the TopN bone and then rig Roy to Mario and then do I scale the character up in max with this extra bone or do I scale the character up in BrawlBox with the extra bone?
Scale in BrawlBox. Any scaling of the bones you do in Max will screw up the entire model, once Mario's animations are applied. other than adding the one bone, don't touch Mario's rig (well, maybe a little TINY bit here and there for minor adjustments, to make the hands match placement, and whatnot). Shrink your model to match the bones given, and then, once imported into BrawlBox, use the newly added bone to enlarge him to a proper size. This will ALSO make all Hit and hurt boxed grow as well (same with any other size changed character, like Pik's Young Link), as well as change where attacks hit, so, watch out for that. It should still play well, and functional.

Note: This is all hypothetical. Just, I design games as a hobby, and have worked with BrawlBox in the past, so this makes sense to me. I don't see why this WOULDN'T WORK.

Over Mario would be best for Mustang. I mean, fireballs, his smash attack, you can contextualize the cape into a TINY MINI SKIRT, and there you go. Has Roy written all over it. Too short? Add ONE extra bone connected to the TopN bone that is a parent to everything else and scale using that. It would not be effected by any animations, and it'll stay that one size. It would be a one slot, as well.

Just a suggestion.

It was SO DIFFICULT to choose, but the two stages of yours I use and love the MOST would be Fountain of Dreams and Dreamland 64. Both of these stages are just so good. FoD was my favorite stage in Melee (which is why I voted for that one), but Dreamland 64 is just SO ACCURATE. I love ALL of your stages, and these two are my favorites.

Mmm... that's something I should look into. Having the longshot, boomerang and bombs from Ocarina of Time would be interesting...

But today I've been working on stages again:

Maybe the picture doesn't seem to show anything new, but I've been cleaning the models in the background and the ones related to the coloration, so I'm using less models and less animations. I've removed some unused stuff, like some animations used by no models and such. After doing the waves and those thingies on the column rings, I'll update it to the vault. That could be... next monday?
I... I cannot wait for that. That new base looks so much better, and I am so so excited for this.
