1144  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Re: Possilble thought - Two textures in one slot? on: July 03, 2009, 08:35:46 AM
I think that would most likely freeze the game, since the textures/indexing are probably different.
I've just tested it last night. Works perfectly. Now all we need is a code like Picano mentioned.
1145  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Possilble thought - Two textures in one slot? on: July 02, 2009, 09:50:04 PM
I was wondering last night. You know how we're limited on character slots for textures, right? There are .pac, and .pcs files each having a texture. What if they weren't the same texture.

Like let's say for example, I have Das Donkey Tiim's Beltmonth Marth .pcs named to FitMarth04.pcs, and krlosf's Blood Knight .pac named to FitMarth04.pac. I know that the game loads .pcs files, but what I've noticed it that if you select a character quickly, along with a stage, the .pac loads instead of the .pcs. And on Wi-Fi, your opponent's character loads on .pac files if I heard correctly. I don't think this will work on certain characters since they need their .pac files.

So would it be possible to have two textures, sharing one slot? That is my question.

Is FitPurin the Shiny sleepcap Jiggs? If so, I keep getting some blue Jigglypuff.

Hey, it's Mochtroid.

Image > Mode > Indexed

Since it's a +2, there's a limit on color.
1148  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Re: Paint.NET, GIMP or Photoshop: Which Do You Use? on: July 02, 2009, 05:10:52 PM
I use all 3, various reasons (Paint.NET for FS Eyes, Gimp for CSP/textures, photoshop for alpha layers, and indexing).

Meh, I tried packing via VILE's method. I got the same problem on a NTSC Wii.

Does it really matter? New pork city sucks.
Same. When one of my friends picks this stage, he picks DK, and camps on the stage. I've never gotten a character where I couldn't attack him. I'm lucky, I pick Snake most the time, and I set traps to his spots. Even if it takes 30 - 60 minutes, I still win.

Damn camper.

Don't upload to Megaupload Eisley. They've been confusing downloads with other ones such as in this case.

I guess I can still give my shot at making Zelda/Sheik.

I'm picky on poses. Tongue

There's your answer.

You have PAL. The effect is NTSC. Only way you can have sound if if you burn it on an .iso.
