What I don't get (and maybe I'm missing something easy) is how to patch the file. Is there a program? What does this garbley goop mean?

I'm sure it says this basic stuff somewhere... But I could not, for the life of me, find something that says "Put the .rel into this program, find this, change it, then save it."
Where would I find such a .rel Segtendo? And how would I edit it? T_T

I'm trying to port CON Naruto over DK.... How would I go about doing this properly?
I took the FitDonkey and FitDonkeyMotionEtc from the Cloud Kong set, and replaced all the files within them with the ones for the Naruto PSA... And I can get the match to start but then... Well things freeze if you try to attack lol
actually there WAS a Sasuke PSA in the works.. i have the beta version of it, but the maker put it on hold till he "learned to make better animations" so he says..
Any chance you could send that to me or give me the link to the original maker so I can ask for it? I would like SOMETHING to work off of... Or at least use for reference <_<
Here ya go hun, this has the File Patch code, along with a few others like Unrestricted Pause Camera and other ones people use all the time. Mind you, you'll need a different .gct if you wanna use a custom order for the CSS...
