VanillaPuff, the b attack is good, since the animations and flag elements( dark, aura,etc.) can be taken from zero suit's stun flag and look, but I was thinking for the up special to be his chain lunge, from when link jumps to grab the chain in Hyrule castle to change the water level in the beginning. The animation could be taken from pika's jump, adjusted to wolf link. Also, Sasuke, here are my ideas for the bad wolf's A moves, animation ideas included:

AAA:3-5 bite attacks dealing 3-6 damage each, cancel-able at any time. Bowser's side taunt bites adjusted could be used.
A>:a claw swipe in front close range 6-8 damage with the occasional trip as a trap. Bowser's B> could be edited to fit,like KingJig's yoshi with the sparta kick and falconpunch,lol.
A\/: two swipes of his paws to the ground to send opponents spinning.3-5 damage each. use Bowser's A\/.
A/\: wolf link flicks his tail in the air to mess up opponents. Try tweaking fox's A/\ to match the description. Also, if possible, flag it so it gives the shield break status on ground and in air, like weegee's FS where sometimes you fall helpless and get up with the status problem.

Dash:a lunge attack that was in loz:tp where he jumped and bashed into enemies, dealing 13-16 damage with moderate knockback. Try editing pikachu's dash so his head doesn't tilt.

Smash>:that wierd attack from loz:tp where wolf link sorta jumped forward and swinged his head forward from
side to side if you keep shaking the wii remote, 10-17 damage from uncharged to charged. Hopefully you can combine animations since this might need parts of Bowser's side taunt and a short part of static pikachu's smash>, he's henpen924's on youtube.
Smash/\:a short hop and a nasty bite with a dark flag, 13-20 damage from uncharged to vice-verse.You could edit charizard's A/\ to look like the described attack and change the flags.
Smash\/: a bucking-like kick and a head ram from back to front with 7-14 damage from uncharged to vice-verse with a sweetspot impale at the tip of the kick if possible. Animators could use bowser's getting up attack if he was laying face-down.

Taunts/\:Wolf's up taunt adjusted to wolf link. Or just edit beast ganon's buck.
Taunt>:Yoshi's side taunt """". Hey, there has to be a cute side to wolf link right?
Taunts\/: if link's taunt enables a change, like in my previous comment, this is wolf link's transform taunt. Animations for you/others to decide.

Also, as a spoiler, I'll add a move special idea: the side special. Remember folks how you could dash with wolf link? Well, it wouldn't be too hard to temporarily speed up wolf link on the ground, like with wave's full throttle sonic's side b on the ground. If used in the air, he shoots forward and goes into his dash animation permanently until he lands or grab a ledge. Oh, and before you ask,1, I don't have all the materials to run brawlbox completely.2,I don't know how to use PSA,swap animaitions/edit them,and brawlbox(parts). I would help more, but I am a n00b lol so. yeah. sorry. Just keep me posted as I watch tuts for this and get more hacks.

Hmm. I got an idea. Maybe you could try to base this off of dark emperor ganondorf. Remember how his taunts changed his moves? Well, you could start off by replacing any of Link's taunt animations with ganon's start up animation before he turns into beast ganon. If you could get just that animation running first, then you could revolve it around that. You're doing great so far.
