This thread is from 2011 and, from the looks of it, was solved ages ago.

If you have questions, make a new topic, don't bump old threads.

Take the ones you do have, replace them with the portraits you want (Falcon, Ike, etc), and save them with the appropriate names.

For example, you'd save it as InfFace16X for Marth, where X ranges from 1 to 6, depending on the color

The material is missing its palette information, there are two fixes:

1.) Remove the texture then reimport it, making sure to change the format to CMPR
2.) Keep the texture as-is, go into the material that references that texture, select the texture reference, and in the top right, change Palette to the name of your texture
