I put Wuhu Island, Golf Hotel from Wii Sports Resort and Swordplay Arena from Wii Sports Resort (I love themes) over the three different Castle Siege pac files. I also included a FD to Castle Siege .rel since that's a necessity.
However, when you go to load the stage it just sits there. It doesn't do a buzzy noise freeze, but it just acts like it's loading it but just stalls out.
Am I doing something wrong? A friend of mine's Wii has Castle Siege set up with like...a Bridge of Eldin Stage and two other stages and his worked fine.
"the other Base model is Wiiz whatevers and today's (5/19) versions of Wiiz is designed around a size modifier hack whereas yesterday's (5/18) looks fine without it"
I guess that's his issue? My brain is a puddle of goo at this point trying to understand what he's saying.
In my defense I'm posting because of friend of mine is asking about it, the one with the hacked Wii of our group, which has in turn somehow confused me to the point where in spite of actually read it I still don't know what's going on.
I ran across someone at a Brawl tournament over the weekend with a hacked Wii and was shocked to discover he had some Japanese voices on. I inquired how he did it and he explained he used Riivolution, which I'd never heard of until that point. From what I've read it's basically a way more flexible way to get custom data onto games outside of Brawl, which sounds pretty great.
My problem is though, where in the world do I go to get the Japanese voices and what do I need to do with them when I get them? I'm a technological idiot, so if this stuff is obvious to everyone else I'm almost sure it's not to me.
Does the Boomer come with a pac? You only mention a pcs file, so will I have to make one? It's not an issue, I'd just like to know before I download it later.
Which program lets you listen to BRSTMs? I know there is one, but I can't remember which. Also, thanks a bunch for uploading these. Some of the tunes in Smash-Up are just downright fun.
