I noticed that my disk is RSBE01-JPN. Dose this mean that the File Patch code will not work? Is it possible that some of the new ISO's I installed are messing with that code, because all other codes that don't require the File Patch work fine.

Is you SD card bigger than 2 gigs? Brawl can only read files off of a 2 gig card. Also, you may need a different version of the file patch code if you're using Japanese disc, but if it's RSBE I would think it's OK. What language is it in, and if it is Japanese, you could look up the Brawl+ website and download the text codes for the Japanese version and use the file replacement code from that.
