I've lurked for the past 4 days, but still havn't found an answer on the net.
what is the PSA used in this vid?

    I believe it's Hollow Ichigo, he's known to be overpowered, so I think I'm right.

    But Hollow's PSA has a Cero beam instead of qn uberfast quick draw :/

    Way before PSA's were invented, there were a set of codes called the super codes.
    Google up Brawl Ocarina Super Codes, and I trust you'll know what to do the rest of the way.
