You need to use Riivolution, and hex edit a .brsar file.

You're going to need to download a copy of the sound file from the resources section and a hex editing program.  Then, you download whatever sounds you want to add from the SFX section of the Vault and follows the instructions provided.

I don't use Riivolution, and sound works just fine for me... :/

without the brsar in the sound directory, I get no voices...
I get sfx, just not voices (even though they're the same file)
^just something odd to point out...

I use gecko channel btw...
technically I don't even use HB...

allright well is there a folder i put voices in like a folder in the sound folder
