    I need help switching Side-B (from hollow Ichigo over Ike) to replace Cloud Strife's Neutral B.

    How can I do it and is it possible?

    Replacing the animation is easy, but for it to have the same effect, the PSA has to be edited too

    I know very little about PSA, but yes it's obviously possible, seeing as they are over the same character. It may just be a case of copypasta.

    go in brawlbox
    export the animation file(s) you need from Hollow Ichigo's MotionEtc
    Right-click the animation and select Replace in Cloud's MotionEtc
    Save

    That takes care of animation

    Then just open up PSA and copypasta the move parameters from Ichigo's .pac into Cloud's.
