    I need a program that lets me hex edit and a tutorial on how to hex edit cuz I want to recolor Tabuu's actual enemy file but it requires hexing so can someone PLEASE help me, And if this makes a difference or not, the file is on ganondorf.

    Hex Workshop v6 is an effective hex editor to use.

    Thanks! All I need to know is what are tabuu's color IDs and how to change him to red. Hey, mnsg, do you know how to do it? If you do, can you post a video tutorial here? Anyone who can tell me how to do it I would really appreciate it if you help me out.
    By the way, I want to know how to make tabuu look like this:
