    So, long story short, I've been trying to get the hex packet for Toon Link's voice using the one over Link in the Brawl Vault. But I keep encountering a freeze in my game. Actually, a lot of things happened. I think part of the reason is it's not really a hex packet... it's a .txt file. I've gotten many other voices to work, but this one is being a [censored]. Here's a few things that have happened from the 6 times I've tried to implement it:

    1. It didn't work at all, instead I was greeted with static sounds
    2. The game froze any time a sound effect played
    3. Some sound effects worked, but several still caused the game to freeze

    At first I thought it was the Moveset I was using: but even when I took that off and just used Pik's motionetc. it still froze.

    I can now confirm that it IS the hex packet: I checked the brsar from the same guy who made the pack, and it works perfect now. Does it have something to do with the fix.txt? How do I rip something from another brsar?
