First time I've come across this problem.

Ok so, I'm using the Yellow Sonic alt as a base for a vertex.
I want to transfer over a pre existing part of another Sonic vertex to it.
For example, I want to take the boots from a vertex someone else has done, and put it on the vertex I'm working on.
My only problem is, because the alternate Sonic colours' models are slightly different - it doesn't want to pick up the boot vertex set from the other model in 3DS Max,
Any help here?
Thanks in advance,
~DARKSHADE
