    How can I make 2d stages like flat zone 2 or hanebow 3d, I dont want the characters flat!  not impressed

    I may be wrong, but I don't believe you can do that. I think it's kind of hard coded into those stages.

    it's hard codded in the rel files, same with game and watch. if u import the stage models over another stage it should return characters to 3d
