problem regarding stages (Pal)

some stages freeze even over the original with no rel file maybe its the filepatchcode or something if any pal user can use this stage pls send me the gct i use gecko or if some pal user uses rivo and the stage works pls tell me how it works i dont understand anything about rivo :S here is the stage i want to be working over summit or even battlefield
