how do I create a trophy??

searched tutorials but didnt find nothing, if theres already a tutorial could you please link me to it, or explain me?
Im really interested on making trophies

Same way you'd make a regular character:

-Export the trophy model as a DAE
-Import into 3DS Max
-Delete polygons
-Import your model
-Apply textures
-Rig it (doesn't have to be an actual rig, rigging the whole thing to one bone would work)
-Export it
-Import it into Brawl Box along with its textures

Done.

btw, what about the trophy description? can that be edited too?

Yes, I believe there's one big file that has all the trophy descriptions. I don't know the name though, so you'll have to dig around a bit.

\toy\fig\ty_fig_ext_list_en.msbin

You also find the names/series in:
\toy\fig\ty_fig_name_list_en.msbin
