Css in brawl freezing up

Hey guys so I wa playing brawl the other day with my mods and added 2 new characters (both work fine) but when I go to my css the character pictures glitch up giving off this glithchy look and then after a minute or so my wii makes a loud (bleep) help? Ive set up everything correctly. All codes and files bt idk were im screwing up.

Your character pictures are probably glitched up cause maybe you didn't resize it to the proper size.

CSS Portraits need to be 128X160
