Brawl hacks dont work? [solved]

Im trying to use eren jaeger over link.
Ive put the FitLink00.pac from erens rar file into private/wii/app/RSBE/pf/Fighter/link. I started up Riivo, ran brawl and everything was okay except Eren didnt show. It was only link D:
 Ive tried copying erens file and pasting it back in as FitLink01.pac but that didnt work either.
Help?

Just a PAC file? Where's the PCS File? You need that in order for the hack to work Offline.

Im a dumbass.
Apparently my rar unarchiver skipped over the .pcs file >~>
Now that a put it in, it works nice and smooth. THank you

EDIT: FFS ITS NOT WORKING AGAIN ;^;
I have all the pac and pcs, they are named correct and are in the correct places, i honestly dont know what to do now.
