Hello. I'm new to the whole stage hacking thing, and wanted some help making a stage based on Mother 3. I've been messing around with BrawlBox and came up with a simple texture hack that changes PM's Green Hill Zone to look like Tazmily Village, but obviously that's not what I want the end result to be.

I have the stage sketched out and know what I want to do. However, I'm not exactly sure how to make models that work with Brawl (more specifically, PM) and how to even add them to a stage.

Basically, could someone point me in the right direction? All of the tutorials seem like they assume you already know what you need to be doing, but for me, I'm not sure where to start. I guess I know how to edit textures and collision in stages with BrawlBox, but that's about all I know.

What I want to do specifically is 1) make the main stage model, 2) make background models, and 3) place all of the models. I think I could go from there if someone told me where to start first.

Thanks for any help. If you want to know anything else about what I've done or need more information, please ask so I can get started. I'm really excited to see a final result. And yes, I can understand this can be a lot of work. Hopefully if I read good tutorials with working images, I can create something worthwhile.
