PM Custom CSS fix

I've been making a custom CSS for PM but in order for it to work correctly I must add a custom CSS fix code, the code makes the cursor able to select characters half way down the screen.  I can't seem to find one though, here's the sc_selcharacter.pac and the RSBE01.GCT file I want to have the custom CSS fix added to.
