Kirby Texture Problem?

I'm trying to make a texture for Kirby using that one model where the texture stays in a fixed position like   but keep running into a problem. I'm trying to add transparency and make some of the body invisible but instead I keep getting a random texture thats not even in the textures in place of the transparency. What can I do?

Edit: I got it somewhat fixed but I still can't get transparency. I ended up improvising and made this.

You can't make Kirby transparent with texture hacks, especially since his four normal eye textures are in CMPR format, which only allow "1" transparent color.

I see what you're trying to do there, and I think it would still look pretty good if you could get the outline to look like pink yarn and the rest to look like some other kind of fabric. Don't give up!

It does look like yarn. I used the exact yarn texture from a picture.

Oh, true. When I saw it the first time it was on my ipod, so I couldn't really tell. Yeah, I think that's as close as you're gonna get, but it looks cool and definitely "suggests" epic yarn well. Now for a 2-d Kirby like the ones for Mario.

Not that I know of, but I can easily make one if someone is willing to take a snapshot of that texture on the 75m stage; black background is less difficult to deal with, especially for that texture.

Here's mine, it's not great because I just made it from one of the provided screenshots, but it looks fine in game.
