It's rather simple actually. If you actually look at the "cap_bodyHigh," "cap_bodySpc," and siro textures of Piks Wind Waker Falcon, you can see what he did to the textures to make it look cel shaded.
I did the same thing to my Viewtiful Joe after I figured it out, but I never released it...

I think I got it. Let me explain just to see if I'm right.
If I were to do this on Samus, I would use the cap_bodyHigh as a base, and redo the pattern of of the texture so it would fit Samus, right?
Then could I export the other 2 textures that make it cel-shaded and port it onto Samus?
