Hey everyone im The Arbiter, i mostly make csps but i can make textures as well. Im not a noob but im not really really experienced. My favorite series are Halo, Metal Gear Sold, Ghostbusters, and Avatar: The Last Airbender. My hacker influences are Black Boo, BigSharkZ, ZeonDude, OizenX, PAVGN, ShadowSnake, and Jack H.
