Thanks in advance

    *sigh*
we (including me) really need a bone tree editor -_-

    well...
    how are the bone trees??

    it should be normal:
    TopN
    --TransN
    ----HipN
    -----(model bones)

at least yours is simpler than mine D:

I have to add bones to specific locations :|

    what would happen if you...
eh... nvm... *throws bad idea in trash*

You have to rename Wario's XRotN bone to TransN and rename his TransN bone to XRotN. That should fix it.

If the character can't walk after you've model swapped it then you have to rename the bone that is in the original character's TransN index to TransN.
