So there's  this hack I like everything about... except for the hair. Is there a relatively simple way set it back to default? I think I've gathered all the tools I need, but I'd like to avoid scumming though huge chunks of tutorial for what I hope is an easy job

The hack in question:

What I would do is locate the vertex group that contains the hair from the original model, and make a note of the offset. Then export the model you want to edit. Open both in a hex editor, copy everything from the original hair, then go to the offset in the original model and paste it (ctrl+B). Hope that helps!

If you need just pm me the files and I'll try to get 'em back to you ASAP.
