Okay, to start, the lock nib on my SD Card broke, but I already got around that, and my Wii can still read into the card.

With Brawl-, everything looks fine, the CSS, my CCP's and the like work, but when I get in-game, none of my custom stages load, none of my textures load, and the physics go back to the VBrawl type.

With the old version I had, the CSS would go back to the standard VBrawl, and my CSP's would be gone as well, but with the latest update, it's strange.

Everything looks crapily drawn in Ms Paint...

It's kinda hard to explain, but just imagine the CSS drawn by a second grader...

Brawl + does the same thing, except instead of a CSS, the character tiers go back to VBrawl order.

Like I said, every single other Homebrew I have works perfectly fine, but this.

Could Gecko be failing, or could there be a problem with my SD Card, which I doubt.

Can I get some help from anyone?

The CSS was intentional. The new Brawl minus should have come with an alternate CSS that was like the previous versions.

As for the physics and textures, I'm not sure what to say. Perhaps your filepaths are wrong? (you might have accidentally used the files meant for Riivolution).
    Idk though to be honest.

Nah, i took out all the Riivolution stuff, and all my files are in the right place.

Edit: took out all my brawl stuff, replaced it, and it works a-okay now, for some reason.
