I think it was pretty obvious that this belonged in the Help section.

Lol, I also want to port tifa over anyone just now on  the help forum ... u can check the title its right in front of ur eyes  its called "How do I port characters.rel"

but yeah unfortuantly u can't do that since the only character u can port from is marth, ike, and jigglypuff.

This isn't going to happen easily at all, and that's making the assumption that this is even possible. The only characters who can be reliably ported are ones who have a base over Marth, Ike, Jigglypuff, or Metaknight. Or Shadow over Donkey Kong for that matter, but even that involved a lot of work. I found out Viewtiful Joe could be ported out of sheer dumb luck.

So yeah, this isn't going to happen, unfortunately.
