It shouldn't be a hard fix, just edit the scarf model so it covers that part. (I know you put the scarf as the neck, just edit the model until it's just right)

but no listen when she uses her up smash she lifts her head up and looks at the screen so even if they were connected her head would seperate from it

Yea it is shaping up i plan on making be her neck and shoulder and get rid of the ripples of her scarf
