Is it possible to swap models and PSAs?

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to swap models(in other words, characters) along with their PSA. I've seen many ''YYYYY over ZZZZZ character'' along with their movesets, so I was wondering : how is it possible to do this? Because I'd like to ''erase'' Sheik and replace her with Zelda, as I've made an Esper form for her, too, as PSA doesn't get converted even if I do anything right. I was told I need a .rel file, but I dunno what it is, or how to use that... Can anyone help?

i do know there is a guide on model porting in the forums just search character replacement you should what you need
dont know if its possible to do what your asking though since i believe the projects been dropped(at least thats what i heard)
