If yes, how? When I tried to do it the character (Ike) only did the animation.

Both actually. Sounds like you got the animation part down. Just use either PSA or the newest BrawlBox to alter the Hitboxes.

Right now I want to try it with Sheik. How do I make Ike actually teleport? Right now he does the animation but stays on the ground. :0

Probably another PSA/BB thing. Shadowkong teleports, so I don't see why Ike can't.
