Help finding a tool

[chaoswolf]

I used to have a tool that was able to change the default settings of Vs. mode, such as changing the time of stock matches.  Can someone help me find it again?

Its a code called the Default Settings Modifier.

That is not what I was talking about.  The tool I was talking about was like setting up settings in computers, not in code.  Thanks though.

I was able to find the tool I was looking for.  The link is below:

It helps manage some codes and the default settings in vs.
