I deleted the Marth textures, and Right clicked TextureData and then clicked Import > Texture for each image, and that's all I did and he displays fine in Bbox but in game he's just all glitchy green.

Change it to CMPR and it should work.

Edit: I noticed there's no metal texture. To add metal open your import in BrawlBox click ModelData[0] ---> 3DModels then click on the MDL0. On the right look for "AutoMetal Materials". Click True.

I've noticed on many imports that textures imported in C14 or C18 often glitch. Changing to CMPR is not only a great solution to this problem, but it also reduces filesize.

Thanks but it didn't work, his texture is all weird colors now. I only changed it by selecting Format: and switching it to the CMPR . Was I suppose to do something else?

EDIT: oh look for autometal materials turn on? k I'll try that now, wait that wasn't to solve the main problem was it?

Format changing it while it's already imported doesn't work. I tried it myself. You have to reimport the texture in CMPR format.

always changing the texture format to CMPR doesn't always fix this type of issue.  usually does, but still.  if the texture is of CI4/CI8 or another texture that creates a palette, you need to make sure the Material is set to use the palette, otherwise the textures will freak out.

go to the Material of the objects that are freaking out, and expand it to see the references.  click the name that corresponds to the texture, and look at the very top, in the Misc section.  it'll say Texture, then Palette.  if the texture format creates a palette, then you need to change the Palette to match the Texture.  once it has the right Palette in it, it should work just fine.
