Where can I find rel files?

[Spacrigga]

Two YouTube videos told me to go to the Brawl disc contents dl. but apparently that's suspended, so now I have no idea where to go because I didn't mess with rels the first time I was here. :( :( :(

There's something called Resources at the top of the page. From there, scroll down till you see the file partition. There, you'll find all the files in the Brawl ISO.
