Does anyone know how I can use zelda and shiek without them freezing when trying not to transform?

You have a Character PAC file for them right? PAC files should not be compressed.

yes I do.  and both PSAs of zelda and shiek do not transform.  But sometimes it tries to go back to the old moves when they are together in a match.
