Changing Brawl's Default Versus Settings

You know how in PM, there's a piece of code somewhere that changes the default versus settings to 4 Stock, 8 Mins?

I was wondering how I can alter these default settings

Delete the code with GCTEdit, ASF1nk got the list of codes in his topic, because the PMBR mixed almost all the codes to make them show as Unknown
