Reducing info.pac filesize?[Solved]

1) the limit for the info.pac is 390KB right?
2) is there any way to reduce the filesize for it? im adding brawlex names but im dangerously hovering under 390kb

You could export the images(If there are any in it), use Stretch/Skew in MS Paint to make the textures smaller(Must be a power of 2, like 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, etc. for the dimensions), then re-import. This should greatly reduce the filesize if there are any textures in it.(Which I think there are.)

Or, you can do it directly on BrawlBox since the later versions now allow you to re-encode textures. No need to export and resize and replace anymore.
