I assume that I stick it into the apps folder on my SD card. All I need is a link (I have looked on google and everywhere else) so please link it here and I will start texture hacking!

SD:/apps/ <----------- You put Gecko there.
SD:/codes/ <---------- You put codes there
SD:/Private/Wii/App/RSBE/Pf/Fighter <-----------You make character folders there, which are listed in the link below, but just in case, an example:
SD:/Private/Wii/App/RSBE/Pf/Fighter/marth/ <----That'd be the folder where you'd drop the Marth stuff (Textures).

    http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=225642
Follow the link on the bottom to get to a guide with the Codes which you need to compress into RSBE01.gct and for this you could need to download:

    Code Manager: http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=225642

You copy the codes from: http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=225642
into a Notepad (.txt) and open the said notepad with Codemanager and:

    >Check the codes  you want
    >Set the Game ID (For Brawl it'd be "RSBE")
    >Export to GCT and save it as "RSBE01.gct" in the folder I mentioned above.

Alright I downloaded this folder called "textures" and unzipped it. Where do I put it and the folders inside of it?

Ok I just went to brawl+.net and downloaded everything but where do I put them? The texture hacks especially? I downloaded tons of GCT's and all. Does textures go on the root of my SD card or in the apps or in the codes?

I pretty much explained everything here and gave a link that shows the name of the textures. <_<

This is in case you get a bit lost.

Things to note (Following with Marth):
    FitMarth.pac = Moveset
FitMarthxx.PCS = Texture (xx is changed by 00,01,02,03,04, etc, depending on the Costume you want the texture on)
FitMarthxx.PAC (Unlike the above .pac I said, this one comes with the .PSC normally, following the same format on the xx as above.)

Brawl+ comes with a Fit[charactername].PAC for every character, since it altered every characters' moveset, it also probably came with the .PAC inside their respective folder, so I suggest grabbing the "Fighter" folder and putting it:

    SD:/Private/Wii/App/RSBE/Pf/Fighter  <----------There

Being SD the ROOT of the Card and "Private" a folder containing a folder named "Wii" which contains a folder named "App" and so on.
