Author Topic: VISO and CLR0 Editing Progress  (Read 9625 times)

I have been editing the VISO and CLR0 files for Zelda's Nayru and got results.
Well I cant actually show you unless someone wants to video tape it. I think the VISO controls the moveset.
Info:
•Zelda's Diamond is a sky blue color. Lighter than the original.
•Zelda's Diamond has NO glow.
•Nayru has a green shine.
•Zelda's Diamond has different animation than the original.(Slightly different)
•Zelda's Up Smash turns green but them freezes. =(
----I posted this because I thought some of you might want it.
But this is still in progress. I have to take out the CLR0 file that is cause the up-smash to freeze.

PS: Vile can you send me you mah tornado edit???
There is downloads for Transparent Nayru and Sky Blue Nayru(freeze included until resolved).
EDIT: The transparent Nayru has been delete because I deleted it.

Also, I have questions.
•Where is the CLR0 File for Ike's FS fire, Mario's FS Fire, Captain F.'s Neutral B Move Fire, etc. Anything with fire that controls all the fire in the game.

Meta Knight Progress:
Messing around with CLR0 and got funny results
•Invisible Mach Tornado
•Invisible slashes
•Animation is like a ballerina lol = >.>

    Sorry for not having anything to contribute... but...

    As for requests on fire info... I'd really like to know where Luigi's is. All I know of is the image and it seems to modify only about 1/10th of the overall color.

    That's what I am questioning about. Where is the location? I know that all fire effects link to several CLR0 files that control the rest of the fire for those effects/FS. Im guessing it is in one of the common.pac files.

    VIS0 files are for visibility (im not exactly sure how they work, but they work in a really weird way).

    Also, there is no CLR0 file for common fire, its just a regular texture.

    OH. Then maybe that's why the Nayru is kinda transparent.
    And Do you know where the common fire is placed?

    CLR0=color
    VIS0=visibility

    What is STR0 & CHR0?

    Also I'm curious VILE, have you found anything relating to Fox / Falco's lasers yet? I haven't had any progress since swapping the MDL0 files to get these results (corruption resulting from loading method, not from the swap itself).

    I haven't been doing much work with CLR0 files lately. If you have MSN (or go on the IRC) we can do some stuff. You too milk.

    Anyways, I've been working on it but my friend who helps with a lotta hexxing is gone for the week.
