I got all the textures and stuff i need, homebrew... but I don't know how to actually go about playing this game WITH the textures.

Get Riivolution or Gecko OS (with File Replacement code).
For Riivolution you need the Xml file for Brawl first, but you can find it on their official website (google is your friend).

There should be a boot.dol, meta file and icon. If you don't already, make an app folder named "apps" in the root of your SD card and then make a folder called Gecko OS. Put the boot.dol, meta file and icon into that folder. Go to the Homebrew channel in your wii, click Gecko OS, check the settings to see if codes are enabled and if it's not then put it on. Then load the game and you're done.

copy the correct code if your NTSC, PAL or Japanese

What is a NTSC, or Pal? I'm assuming they are languages... cause the third option is Japanese.

Also, whatever gecko I downloaded, didn't come with a icon. Every time I try it boots like its the first time. Is that normal?

Also, Google is NOT being my friend. I can't find a code manager for nothin.

NTSC and PAL is your Wii's region code. NTSC means it's from America, PAL means it's from Europe or Australia and J is everything else. I'm not sure what your problem is with Gecko but here's the code manager http://wiird.l0nk.org/ocarina.zip

Put it somewhere on your pc where you can find it. Ignore the hbc folder because you already have Gecko OS.
